Jean Powell FCA

As one of the founding principals of Feltons she has responsibility for a substantial portfolio of clients across lots of industries. She has many years experience of corporate work. She also deals with a large number of unincorporated businesses and is responsible for all of the firm’s personal tax work.

Jean’s additional, specialist responsibilities in the firm include VAT consultancy work, professional partnerships and LLPs such as solicitors and the financial statements of pension funds.

David Farnsworth FCA

David is one of the founding principals of Feltons where he has responsibility for a substantial portfolio of clients across a diverse range of industries. He has many years experience of corporate work at all levels and his responsibilities include the audit of many major clients of the firm, and overseeing the delivery and quality of all accounting and taxation compliance assignments on his clients.

David’s additional, specialist responsibilities in the firm include the firm’s corporate finance advisory work, such as management buyouts, acquisitions, mergers, business disposals, business valuations, due diligence and the raising of finance, all of which he has been involved with for many years.
